Most ABS modules are not designed to be repaired: when they fail, the usual answer is to replace them with a new one, with all the cost that entails. At Nito Motor we don’t just repair them: we remanufacture them.
Using our own industrial process, we strip down each module, diagnose the fault, renew its damaged components and validate it on test benches designed in-house, until it reaches a quality comparable to that of a new part. Every module comes with a 12-month warranty.

OUR STORY
the story of nito motor
We were born in 2018 out of a need we saw every day in the garage: a huge number of faulty ABS modules and hardly any professional solution for repairing them.
Before 2018Trained in racing
Carlos Nieto trains as a racing mechanic on a Repsol scholarship and works in the MotoGP World Championship and at the Isle of Man TT. He then runs his own garage in Madrid, where he sees many faulty motorcycle ABS modules and hardly anyone able to repair them.
2018Nito Motor is born in Madrid
After more than a decade in the industry, Carlos founds Nito Motor. The first BMW ABS modules were tested by hand: fitting them and testing them on the customer’s motorcycle or on a test bike.
2018 – 2020We prove the model
We lay the foundations of remanufacturing and, through word of mouth alone, we pass 300 customers and 400 repairs a year.
2020Mérida and the first test bench
In the middle of the year we move our headquarters to Mérida and launch our first in-house test bench: a motorcycle was no longer needed to check each module.
2023Our own facility and R&D
We buy and refurbish a 450 m² industrial unit on the Las Palmeras industrial estate (Mérida) and increase our capacity fivefold. We bring in engineering to develop our own machinery, robotics and diagnostic software, with CDTI projects.
2024Europe, a record year and solar power
More than 1,500 modules a year, around 1,300 customers across Europe (mainly France, Portugal and Germany) and 30 % annual growth since 2018. We install solar panels at our facility and become finalists in the Premios Extremadura Exporta.
TodayFrom motorcycles to cars
We are a benchmark in Europe for motorcycle ABS remanufacturing and have taken that same know-how to cars, where we are now well established. With Nito Motor 4.0 we keep investing in reverse engineering and 3D metrology.
Remanufacturing, not repair
We don’t just fix a fault: we strip down, analyse, renew and improve every module so that it performs like a new part.
Our own technology
Through reverse engineering we design our own spare parts, tooling and test benches, and we take part in CDTI innovation projects.
Circular economy
Extending the life of such complex components reduces waste, and our facility runs on solar power. We also give a second life to the parts offered to us by garages and breakers’ yards.

Teníamos un problema de Módulo de ABS en una Volkswaggen Caddy 4 Motion del 2014, ya revisado por otros profesionales del sector, sin solución ninguna, precios desorbitados y con muy poca información del problema, sobre todo para explicarle al cliente.
Cuándo contactamos con Nito Motor, me sorprendió que nos explicaran tan claramente su método de trabajo y los posibles fallos de ese módulo ABS ( fue muy fácil explicárselo al cliente ) y así fue:

No le doy más estrellas por qué no se puede. Llame por una avería muy común en las BMW (módulo Abs) me corria un poco de prisa por que tenía un viaje y se lo comenté se lo envié y en un día y poco lo tenía reparado y preparado para llegar y montar. Profesionales de verdad. Un placer

Die Abwicklung der Reparatur meines defekten ABS Modul (2003er BMW R1150GS) war sehr einfach, schnell und kompetent. Wenn man auf der Website den Reparaturauftrag erteilt hat, dann sollte man einen Screenshot vom Auftrag machen, denn ich habe keine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten. Ist aber kein Problem. Achtet auf die Preise - auf der Website ist Netto angegeben, kann überraschen, weil wir es in D nicht gewohnt sind, mit Nettopreisen einzukaufen. Incl Transportversicherung betrugen die Reparaturkosten somit ca. 900 Euro, deutlich günstiger als andere Angebote. Das Gerät würde pünktlich, wie vereinbart, von einer Spedition 2 Tage nach Auftragserteilung an einem Mittwoch abgeholt und nach Spanien geschickt. Am folgenden Dienstag erhielt ich bereits die Info, dass die Reparatur fertig gestellt wurde. Super schnell. Ich habe überwiesen und den Screenshot der Überweisung mitgeschickt. So wurde das ABS bereits am darauf folgenden Mittwoch zurück gesendet und war am Montag wierder zu Hause. Das Ganze dauerte keine zwei Wochen. Das Gerät funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.
