Nito Motor 4.0: Supercomputing and 3D Reverse Engineering for excellence in ABS systems
In short
Nito Motor has completed a digital transformation project that combines a metrology-grade 3D scanner with its own offline supercomputing and artificial intelligence infrastructure, with the support of the Junta de Extremadura and European funds. We tell you which equipment it is made up of and how it allows us to reproduce ABS module parts even when no official spare parts exist.
At Nito Motor, S.L., our specialisation in remanufacturing ABS units for motorcycles and cars demands a high level of precision. Today, we are proud to announce the completion of our Industrial Digital Transformation project, a strategic investment of €25,500 that places us at the technological forefront of the sector in Spain.
We have implemented a unique digital ecosystem that combines offline Artificial Intelligence with industrial-grade 3D Metrology.
3D Reverse Engineering: impossible spare parts are now a reality
The centrepiece of this process is the EinScan RIGIL scanner. This metrology-grade equipment can digitise complex components, such as the internal valves of ABS modules, with nanometric precision.

Thanks to this workflow, we extract “virtual negatives” of ABS modules so we can manufacture the parts on our Bambu Lab 3D printers in high-strength engineering polymers, or machine them. This allows us to meet our 24/48-hour delivery commitment, even when no official spare parts are available on the market.
Supercomputing and AI: the brain of Nito Motor
To process the millions of data points from our scanner and manage the company’s technical knowledge, we have installed a supercomputing infrastructure made up of:
Desktop AI Server: Equipped with a 36-core Intel Xeon processor and the revolutionary NVIDIA RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell graphics card with 96 GB of VRAM. This machine hosts our own Offline Corporate AI, allowing our technicians to resolve diagnostic queries instantly without any confidential data leaving our premises.
High-Performance Mobile Workstation: With 192 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA RTX 5090, this machine processes three-dimensional meshes in real time right beside the vehicle, ensuring microscopic visualisation of any defect.

Commitment to Transparency and Innovation
This technological leap has been made possible thanks to the support of the Junta de Extremadura and co-financing from the European Union, within the Extremadura ERDF Programme 2021-2027, strengthening our operational capacity from Mérida for the whole of Spain.
