ALTO MODULE
ABS SUZUKI ALTO
We repair the ABS module on your Suzuki Alto and return your own remanufactured control unit, with the hydraulic unit and circuit board restored. Our Suzuki Alto ABS repair service covers the different generations sold in Spain, both the older and the more recent versions, without having to recode the control unit or rely on a part from a breaker’s yard of uncertain compatibility. This is the Suzuki Alto version whose ABS module we repair. If you can’t find your car, contact us and we’ll help you.
We can't find that model. Escríbenos with the module's part number and we'll tell you if we can repair it.

WHY DOES IT FAIL?
SUZUKI ALTO ABS FAULT symptoms
The Suzuki Alto does not have a catalogue of ABS fault codes visible to the user: the fault is identified by the symptoms it causes in everyday driving. If you want to check the Suzuki Alto ABS yourself before going to the garage, these are the most common, especially on higher-mileage units:
ABS warning light permanently on
The ABS warning light stays on in the instrument cluster and does not go off even if you restart the engine, a sign that the control unit has detected a genuine internal fault.
Harder brake pedal or irregular pedal travel
The pedal sinks further than usual or is harder to press, due to a loss of pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the ABS system.
The car pulls to one side when braking
One wheel brakes earlier or harder than the rest, which is especially noticeable on wet surfaces or under sudden braking.
Battery warning light on together with the ABS light
Low battery voltage can on its own activate the ABS warning light without there being any real fault in the module, so it is worth ruling this out before suspecting the control unit.
Intermittent fault due to corroded connectors
On units with more years and miles, it is common for the module connectors to corrode, causing the warning light to come on intermittently rather than staying on.
The ABS does not intervene in emergency braking
The wheels lock when braking hard because the system has stopped working, increasing the braking distance.
