SPLASH MODULE
ABS SUZUKI SPLASH
We repair the ABS module on your Suzuki Splash and return your own remanufactured control unit, with the hydraulic unit and circuit board restored, instead of replacing the complete module. Our Suzuki Splash ABS repair service covers the model’s entire production life, built between 2008 and 2014 and now discontinued, which makes finding a new or second-hand, correctly coded Suzuki Splash ABS module increasingly difficult. With the years and miles these units accumulate, it is common for the connectors to corrode and intermittent faults to appear in the Suzuki Splash ABS without that meaning the control unit has to be replaced: in most cases repairing the original module is enough. All without having to recode the control unit or rely on a part from a breaker’s yard of uncertain compatibility. This is the Suzuki Splash version whose ABS module we repair. If you can’t find your car, contact us and we’ll help you.

WHY DOES IT FAIL?
SUZUKI SPLASH ABS FAULT symptoms
The Suzuki Splash does not have a catalogue of ABS fault codes visible to the user: the fault is identified by the symptoms it causes in everyday driving, especially as the years and miles add up. If you want to check the Suzuki Splash ABS yourself before going to the garage, these are the most common Suzuki Splash ABS module symptoms:
ABS warning light permanently on
The warning light stays on in the instrument cluster and does not go off even if you restart the engine. Before thinking of a module fault, it is worth ruling out low battery voltage, which can activate the Suzuki Splash ABS warning light without there being a real fault in the control unit.
Fault most common due to age and corrosion
Over the years, the ABS module connectors can corrode or the internal components of the control unit can degrade, causing faults that do not always recur consistently. It is the most common cause of Suzuki Splash ABS module failure on higher-mileage units.
Harder brake pedal or irregular pedal travel
The pedal sinks further than usual or is harder to press, due to a loss of pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the ABS system.
The car pulls to one side when braking
One wheel brakes earlier or harder than the rest, which is especially noticeable on wet surfaces or under sudden braking.
Strange noises from the pump or hydraulic unit when braking
A humming, clicking or vibration coming from the hydraulic unit when you press the brake usually points to an internal fault in the Suzuki Splash ABS module pump, not in the pads or discs.
The ABS does not intervene in an emergency stop
Under sudden braking you notice the wheels locking instead of pulsing, without the characteristic pedal vibration when the ABS system is working properly — a sign that the module has stopped intervening even if the warning light is not always on.
