SUPERB MODULE
SKODA SUPERB ABS
We offer Skoda Superb ABS repair and return your own remanufactured control unit, with the circuit board and hydraulic unit restored to factory condition. We work on the Škoda Superb built from 2001 to the present day, across its four generations (Superb I, II, III and IV), in both saloon and Combi (estate) body styles, with diesel and petrol engines, with no need to recode the control unit or rely on a breaker’s yard spare of uncertain compatibility. This is the Skoda Superb version for which we repair the ABS module. If you can’t find your car, contact us and we’ll help you.
We can't find that model. Escríbenos with the module's part number and we'll tell you if we can repair it.

WHY DOES IT FAIL?
SKODA SUPERB ABS FAULT Symptoms
The Skoda Superb ABS module doesn’t show the driver a direct fault code: the way to detect a problem is to pay attention to the symptoms that appear on the road. These are the most common on the Škoda Superb, especially once the car has some age and mileage:
ABS warning light permanently on
The ABS warning light stays on in the instrument cluster and doesn’t go out after restarting the engine, a clear warning that the control unit has detected an internal fault in your Skoda Superb’s module.
Greater wear due to the size and weight of the saloon
As a large saloon with powerful engines, the Superb’s hydraulic unit and wheel sensors work harder than in a compact car, which over time speeds up the wear of certain internal components of the module.
Hard brake pedal or irregular pedal travel
You’ll notice the pedal is harder than normal to press or its travel changes from one stop to the next, the result of a loss of pressure in the ABS module’s hydraulic circuit.
Inconsistent braking between wheels
One wheel grips earlier or harder than the rest when braking, an imbalance that is especially noticeable on wet roads or under sudden braking.
ESP warning light on together with the ABS light
On the Skoda Superb, the ABS and ESP share the same electro-hydraulic control unit, so an internal fault usually turns both warning lights on at once.
Intermittent faults due to connectors corroding with age
Over the years and the miles, the ABS module connectors on your Skoda Superb can corrode or the internal components of the control unit can degrade, causing a fault that doesn’t always recur consistently, especially on cars from older generations.
